André McAden

Managing Partner

André has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting and is becoming well-known for his ability to develop solutions for complex financial issues. In 2010, in the firms third year of existence, André’s leadership was recognized by the firm being recognized as a Minority Enterprise of the Decade by the Minority Business Development Agency.

Ray McGhee

Partner

Ray has over 12 years of experience in the areas of internal and external audit and corporate taxation. As Partner-in-Charge of Audits, Ray oversees the planning and execution of the firm’s audit projects. As a former “Big 4” auditor, Ray brings significant expertise in the areas of not-for-profit and governmental audits as well as extensive leadership in working with and guiding clients.

Dara Celestin

Tax Specialist

Dara has over 6 years of experience in dealing with individual taxation. She brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, investing, and individual taxation to the firm. Her expertise enhances our ability to provide complex analysis to developers and real estate investors. As well, her background in banking gives the firm a well-round set of skills. Dara is also able to tackle complex tax issues.

Marc Morrow

Financial Planner

Marc is a career small business owner and executive. He created his first business at the age of 22 and sold it when he was 27. Marc has started several businesses in the personal finance and tax industry. He has been quoted on financial topics in major newspapers, magazines, and financial websites. Prior to Blake & Associates, he served as the VP of Sales and Media Partnerships for DailyDeal Media and serves on the board of the Russell Life Skills & Reading Foundation

Romeo Allison

Sr. Staff Accountant

Romeo’s primary area of expertise is in the area of governmental and not-for-profit audit and taxation. Romeo comes with significant “Big 4” and large company experience. His assignments have had him working in different locations across the Southeastern US and the Caribbean.
